• Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Non-Returnable Items
• Opened or partially used vanilla beans, due to health and safety reasons.
• Items damaged or altered due to customer misuse or negligence.
3. Return Shipping
• Customer covers return shipping, except for returns due to our error or defective products.
• Use a trackable shipping method for security.
4. Refunds and Processing
• Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after inspection.
• Issued to the original payment method.
5. Exchanges
• Direct exchanges are not available. Please return the item and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
• Contact us immediately for damaged or defective items. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.
